COMPLAINTS

Sometimes things do go wrong so if you need to make a complaint, please follow the NHS complaints procedure as follows.

1)    Write a letter to the Practice Manager Jane Beauchamp or Dr Ian Henning at the practice address  Or make an appointment to see them in person.

2)    If your Complaint is not resolved you can contact NHS England by the following-

If your complaint is about a Private treatment you received you can contact the Dental Complaints Service on the following
