Under the new NHS contract April 2006 there will be NO system of registration for patients. The NHS England are now in control of NHS dentistry in the area. We are pleased to be able to offer NHS treatment during certain hours of everyday. Please talk to reception staff when booking to check availability. Reminders are sent out of courtesy and not to be relied on, as it is your responsibility to remember your booking.
A fee will be charged if an appointment is cancelled or broken without 24 hours’ notice.
Deposits will be lost for any private treatments (this includes hygiene appointments) if cancelled within 24 hours.
If this occurs 3 times, unfortunately you will need to register elsewhere.
Private fees are subject to change, but you will be notified before work is carried out.
