Sometimes things do go wrong so if you need to make a complaint, please follow the NHS complaints procedure as follows.

1)    Write a letter to Dr Ian Henning at the practice address.  Or make an appointment to see them in person. 

2)    If your Complaint is not resolved you can contact NHS England by the following-
